Description
A collection of three animation sequence sheets from The Beatles 1968 film ‘Yellow Submarine’. They feature handwritten notes with details of various sequences from the film.
The sheets measure 27.4cm x 53.2cm (10.8 inches x 21 inches). There is a light horizontal crease towards the centre where the sheets have previously been folded and there is creasing to the top and bottom edges. The condition is very good.
Provenance: from the estate of Chris Impey who was involved in creating the typography for both of John Lennon’s books and who worked closely with Robert Freeman and The Beatles. Chris was also involved in the production of the ‘Yellow Submarine’ film.
